conjoined twins

twin girls Tatiana and Anastasia born joined by head. the top of one girls head and the back of ones. which means they cant look at each others faces. Tatiana had to go threw heart surgery. Anastasia has no kidney and depends on Tatiana. many hospitals would not do the surgery because of the chance of danger. only one girls brain is growing into the other making surgery more difficult and dangerous. since their brains are attached it is unlikely to recover from surgery. the older they get the more hared it is for them to develop. they came to Dallas after hearing about two other twins and their successful surgery. when they arrived in Dallas Tatiana had heart surgery to fix hear main heart vessel. they had to find a hospital that will pay for most of the coasts and that is willing to perform the surgery. the pained if they were to be separataed was that Anstasia gets a kidney transplant from one of her parents.but sadly the doctor called off the separation surgery because of the chance of failure.

current event-stone age family

A 4,600 year old grave has been found with a family inside. researchers found genetic evidence that they are a family. The grave contained the remains of a man,woman and two children. DNA analysis shows that they were a family a mother, father and children. there union in death tells they were together in life. we have only a few clues about social relationships between people in the ancient times. these are the oldest genetic evidence ever found. evidence show injuries such as a violent attack. all the bodies had hand injuries and a woman a fractured skull. researchers think it could have been because they were trying to protect themselves. i think that this is amazing that they found the bodies after so long and they can just find out these facts just by there skeletons like there gender and if they were attacked and if those are there kids.

the Hubble telescope is a space telescope that orbit by the space shuttle and it was discovered on April 1990. NASA engineers said that they will have to weak up some sleeping computers parts, that have been sleeping for 18 years. they will start to fix the major problem by using a remote control that will fix the problem that stopped the telescope from capturing the pictures. the idea they Had to fix the telescope failed and costing NASA about $10 million a month. NASA says that the key to fixing the telescope is to tun on the data handling system that has been turned on since 1990 when the telescope was launched. the manger of the Hubble system management office, said that he is confident the back up system will work but there still is a possibility that it will not work. NASA sent hundreds of lines of complicated code. it is unlike for the conflict to get bigger. i really hope the can fix the problem that is causing all of this because they are losing lots of money that could have gone towards something better.

current event - babies hospatalized over milk.

About 6,000 Chinese babies are hospitalized with kidney problems from milk powder with the chemical melamine. melamine is a chemical used to make plastic, which can cause kidney stones. Melamine has already killed six babes that were in serious conditions. Melamine was blamed with powder milk causing the death of four infants. also caused 54,00 other children to have the same thing. An 8-year-old boy was hospitalized after being diagnosed with a stone in his right kidney. the boy had been drinking milk produced by the Chinese dairy for about 5 years. the milk scandal has effected global trade with china. 30 countries are restricting Chinese dairy products and some countries are avoiding all Chinese food imports. China decided to return the milk on the shelves on Wednesday, but other countries such as U.S., Europe and Asia have decided not make a test and found that it still contained melamine. China is trying to restore the trust of Taiwanese consumers. I think it is really bad that china is putting it back on the shelf and trying to sell it while it still has melamine. melamine has all ready cause death and could always cause death to other infants.
